Experience

I have lived and worked in Sheridan WY for the past 20 years doing social work and clinical care services. I have experience in the following systems areas - child/family, legal, healthcare, and community mental health care. I have training in the following treatment modalities - cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance commitment therapy, emotion focused therapy, internal family systems, brief solutions focused therapy, and Gottman Method of Couple's Therapy. My primary focus is the treatment of anxiety disorders and working with couples improving relationship connection and communication.
